It’s an exciting day for me, seeing my products in store at DSP. I have had such a warm welcome from members and designers alike, and I can’t express how grateful I am for that.
I know it can be a difficult decision to try a new designer’s work, after all it’s your hard earned money that’s on the line. These days, especially, we have to be pretty sure we are going to like what we get when we spend money on ‘luxuries’, and it’s tempting to just stick with what you know. So, I wanted to give you a freebie Plopper just so you can see for yourself what my work is like, and decide whether it’s something you might want to consider for your next DSP purchase, without any cost or risk.

Well here it is, finally, the moment of truth. Will Obama sweep to victory or will McCain defy the odds and grab the Presidency in the dying hours of the election campaign?
It’s going to be a long night, especially for those of us who are keen observers but are not even in the right timezone. It will be around 2am here when the polls close and early results start to filter through. There are many expat Americans here in Europe who are keen to find out what’s happening and talk about it with friends. So we’ve booked the DST chat room (here), come and join us through the results (Democrats, Republicans and all other welcome!).

Well it has been an unproductive last couple of months thanks to vacation, hard drive failure, problems at the ‘day job’ and the usual run-of-the-mill day-to-day emergencies, catastrophes and general chaos that are my life.
