OK, so I’ll cut right to the chase. I am retiring from digiscrap designing on 1st June 2010.

It’s been a fun 5 years, and I have been privileged to meet and work with some of the most wonderful people in the scrapping hobby, and I ower a debt of gratitude to each and every one. But my heart isn’t in it any more, and I have new things I want to do. It’s only fair to bow out gracefully so that I can concentrate on my new projects with a clear conscience.

Until the store closes at midnight 31st May (Memorial Day, how apt for a hobby that’s all about memories), you can take advantage of a massive sale. Everything in my store at PDW is at least 50% off, and I even have a Bye My Store promotion, where you can get everything I have at 80% off, for just $67.

I’ve even uploaded some of my favourite old kits, minikits from DSP (in a super value bundle, without shadows) and my best-selling CU items from Candy Tree. So if you ever missed anything along the way, or have had your eyes on something and want a real bargain, don’t miss your chance.

Come June 1st, it’s all gone forever.

This blog will also close in June, to reopen in a different (non design, non scrapping related) form. If there is anything you want (links, freebies, etc) please snag them now, as they won’t be here any more from next month.

Thank you all so much for all the support, laughs and happiness you’ve given me through the years. I will miss you all. I wish you the very best of luck and success with wherever life takes you.

Blessed be,

I’ve just been putting together some hot offers for the InterNational Scrapbooking Day, which is this coming Saturday (2nd May). None of these are in store yet, so you’ll have to wait til Friday to get your hands on them, but I’ll make it worth your while!

There will be a new altered kit, all about Red.

It will be at an introductory discount of course, and you can even get this new kit Free in my NSD sale. Just spend $15 in my store, add the {Artisan} Red is Red kit to your cart, and you’ll receive it free of charge.

Most products in my store will be 30% off all weekend, and for those who want to really boost their stash at a terrific price I’ll have two fantastic bundle deals that will save you 50% on some of my most popular products.

And of course, purchasing either of these bundles will get you {Artisan} Red is Red free. That has to be a good deal 🙂

So grab a pencil and start making your NSD shopping list. The sale starts Friday 30th April, and ends midnight Sunday May 2nd. Make sure and stop by over the weekend to grab some bargains 🙂

No, I’m not going in to the reasons why I am not at SBG any more. Let’s just pretend the band had ‘creative differences’. Thank you, everyone who emailed me with their support. It has been a difficult time, and knowing just how many friends I have out there really made the difference for me. So, thank you.

I’m very pleased to let you know that as of today I have a new store open at Plain Digital Wrapper. To celebrate, I’ve set up a coupon for you so that you can pick up anything you may have seen at SBG but didn’t get a chance to nab, with a bit of a discount.

By the way, I’ve already sent a discount to my newsletter subscribers, and it’s BIGGER than this one. They always get the best deals, so if you haven’t subscribed yet you really should 🙂 Box up top left is where you do the deed. It doesn’t hurt, honest.

Anyway, you can visit my new store at:

Use the coupon code RRBlog1003 at the checkout to take 15% off any purchase over $4.99. It’s good for the rest of the month, expiring 31st March, and is a one time use per person. Feel free to share it with your friends too if you like, the more the merrier.

…and it’s amazing what a week’s vacation can do for a girl’s Mojo. I almost couldn’t stop myself with this one, but finally at 75 backgrounds (ATC size), 100 elements and an alpha I decided to exercise a little restraint and leave the rest for a future kit. So here is Native Too, I hope you like it, and of course it’s 20% off until Wednesday (if you have any Black Friday spends left!).

Grab it now at Scrapbookgraphics, where you can also see the alpha and backgrounds in preview.

Also new in store tonight is this great double alpha (you get TWO sets of lower case letters so you can mix and match), because I just couldn’t stop with the doodling:

And just in case you need a little more stash for your ATCs and card making, how about these background stamps/brushes:

And all 20% off til Wednesday. I think I may need to go and have a lie down, I haven’t made so much new stuff in such a short time for ages. I hope the ‘Spain effect’ holds out for a while 🙂

Happy Black Friday weekend everyone!

Toys in the Attic

November 2009 sees the Scrapbookgraphics designers team up with The Queen of Quirk, Meredith Fenwick, Janet Phillips and Amy Wolff to raise money for ‘Toys for Tots’, an initiative by the U. S. Marine Corps Reserve to collect new, unwrapped toys during October, November and December each year, and distribute those toys as Christmas gifts to needy children in local communities.

You can help support this very worthy cause by purchasing the Toys in the Attic kit for $8 at Songbird Avenue.
